Fabric Requirements: + Assorted Fabrics totaling 1.5 yd (cut (14) 3" strips into (192) 3" squares and subcut (96) once on the diagonal. Cut (3) 2.5" strips in to (25) 2.5" squares. + Background: 1.75 yd. Cut (7) 3" strips into (96) 3" squares. Cut (4) 5.25" strips into (24) 5.25" squares and sub-cut twice diagonally. Cut (12) 2.5" strips in to (58) 2.5"x8.5" units + Border = 1 yd. Cut (6) 4.5" WOF strips + Binding = .5 yd Cut (6) 2.25" strips + Backing = 4 yd Materials Needed for class: - Fabrics pre-cut and ready for sewing - neutral coordinating cotton thread - rotary cutter and new blade and small cutting mat - squaring rulers at least 4.5" square and 8.5" square - optional squaring ruler 2.5" square small scissors marking pencil/Frixion pen for fabrics - small travel iron and pressing mat - your sewing maching in good working order and a fresh sharp (microtex) needs - basic sewing notions including seam ripper, pins/clips, etc.
